I'm a Software Engineer based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with a strong focus on backend development using Golang. I graduated from the University of Transport and Communications (Campus in Ho Chi Minh City) with a Bachelor of Information Technology and a GPA of 3.3/4.0

My professional journey includes building high-performance backend services at Nami Technology, developing enterprise management systems at Allexceed, and designing B2C platforms at DW Technology. I have experience architecting real-time, low-latency microservices, designing REST/gRPC APIs, and optimizing system performance for large-scale production environments

From B2C startups to enterprise Voice AI — building reliable backend systems at every stage

  1. Software Engineer

    Apr. 2025 — Present

    A specialized Deep-tech hub (FPT spin-off) delivering enterprise-grade Voice AI and audio intelligence solutions. The company focuses on high-precision speech analytics, noise cancellation, and biometrics for the banking and insurance sectors

    • Architected a pluggable real-time call media middleware targeting 2,000+ concurrent calls across heterogeneous PBX/contact center platforms (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect, Bright Pattern, Hitachi, etc.), normalizing SIPREC, audio hooks, RTP sniffers, and AWS Kinesis into a unified low-latency pipeline for NamiTech's Voice AI products (VoiceDNA, AgentAssist, AgentScoring)
    • Deployed and operated highly available middleware clusters for enterprise customers (e.g., VietinBank, TPBank, Toho Gas Japan) and shared demo/POC/UAT environments across Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan using Docker-based active–standby setups on VMs, implementing distributed locking and concurrency control to meet strict real-time SLAs in on-premise environments
    • Contributed to backend development of a two-way VoiceBot platform also targeting 2,000+ concurrent calls for banking contact centers, working on low-latency bidirectional media flows and integrating ASR, NLU, and TTS pipelines to automate customer interactions at scale
    • Built real-time agent event services and deployed them on shared Kubernetes infrastructure with GitOps/ArgoCD and custom Helm charts, tracking live agent states across multiple PBX platforms to power downstream agent assist and analytics features
    • Owned the SaaS deployment and observability model for the middleware stack, including API gateway (APISIX), OIDC-based auth with Keycloak, and a self-hosted observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) plus CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions

    • Contributed to maintaining and extending a large-scale TV station management system, implementing new features and bug fixes based on customer requirements in a long-lived 30+ year codebase

    An innovative startup focused on B2C growth solutions, developing robust CRM and affiliate marketing platforms designed to optimize lead conversion and revenue tracking through performance-based technology

    • Acted as the primary backend developer for two B2C products (CRM and affiliate marketing), designing database schemas and building REST/GraphQL APIs to support core customer, lead, and campaign management features
    • Implemented backend services using Golang (Echo, GORM), PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, and AWS, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability in production
    • Integrated third-party payment systems (e.g., ACB Bank, OnePay) to enable in-app payment flows and subscription handling for end users
    • Wrote high-coverage unit tests and enforced clean, standardized coding practices, including maintaining Docker and Docker Compose configurations for local and production environments
    • Collaborated closely with project managers and frontend engineers to refine requirements, ensure smooth API–UI integration, and occasionally contributed to frontend tasks using React, Axios, and MUI

Shadowify

Personal Project
Mar. 2025 — Jul. 2025

A mobile-first platform automating English shadowing practice through AI-driven speech evaluation and CEFR-based content classification

  • Built a mobile-first application (with a supporting web interface) that helps users practice English speaking using the shadowing method, allowing them to import YouTube videos by link and automatically extract metadata and transcripts
  • Implemented sentence-by-sentence pronunciation scoring: users read each sentence aloud, the system transcribes their speech and evaluates accuracy so they can compare their output against the original audio in detail
  • Developed a custom AI component to classify each sentence into CEFR levels (A1–C2), enabling level-appropriate practice and structured progression for learners
  • Orchestrated a full-stack architecture using Whisper and yt-dlp for transcription and video ingestion, Golang (Echo) for backend APIs, Next.js and React Native for web/mobile clients, and Docker on Linux for deployment
